Okay so I usually get cold sores all the time, the result of some childhood exposure before I can even remember so I've been cursed with that my whole life. I reguarly get thoughts of suicide when my mouth breaks out in sores and I'll usually hole up in my apartment and call off of work for as long as I can to avoid the intense shame and disgust and gorge myself on yogurt, tea, cheese, and canned tuna and compulsively shove Lysine supplement pills down my throat all which the internet says is "supposed" to help.
My last active sore was like 1 and a half weeks ago. Right now there is absolutely no sore on my mouth. Last night I was lonely and bored so I opened up my porn folder and got to jacking off. I'm out of lotion and conditioner so I licked my palm and got started. I felt my dick chafing but kept on going. When I finished off, I felt a really irritated patch on the shaft right under the head.
It was kinda red and nothing was there before I started only 10-15 minutes prior. Being the nervous, paranoid wreck I am I intensely examined it and saw it looked kind of red and blistered but the bumps didn't look like cold sores or herpes. The bumps are the same color as the normal skin, kinda a raised patch. I applied ice for a minute or two and it caused the skin to get tighter enabling me to have a better look.
It's not very noticeable unless I really try to look for it. Today I tried to squeeze it to see if clear fluid seeped out and really nothing emerged. I'm have skeptical but also extremely panicked, my heart is beating really fast right now and if I get an STD on my dick my life is over.
I have not had sex for almost two months which is why I was alone on a Saturday night masturbating with spit of course, and the last time I had sex I think I used a condom but the memory is kinda hazy and to tell the truth I think my drunken dick was too flacid to get inside her anyways, she gave me head for about a minute and then gave up and I finished her off with my hand. A whole different story though...
So I am to believe that if you catch any STD unless it's AIDS, symptoms will show up no later that 1-2 weeks after the encounter, that window had long passed.
So is it possible I just chafed it really bad? I've done that before and thought I had herpes but later I found out of was nothing but irritation from being too rough.
Can you get herpes from your own saliva? I googled it and really found no useful info. Fuck google. Like I said I had no sore when I did this and the saliva came from my tongue, never touching my lips.
Also this "blister" appeared almost instantly after I finished, STDs don't just suddenly manifest as soon as they're exposed right? I mean it should have taken at least 3 days for symptoms to be noticed?
Another factor is that it does NOT appear to be spreading even though I've touched the blistered area and the rest of my penis without caution. When I get a cold sore, it rapidly evolves from a small red spot to a bumpy disgusting mess the size of a United States, George Washinton quarter. It has stayed the same size for at least the past 16 hours. With the cold sores I can literaly see it growing in the mirror.
So let me break down the facts:
- Masturbated With Saliva
- Normally Am Affected By Cold Sores (or HSV1)
- No Active Cold Sores
- Penis Developed Skin Colored, Rasied Blister INSTANTLY after close of masturbation session.
- No Recent Sexual Activity
- Sore Is Not Spreading and behavior is unlike cold sores I am extremely familiar with.

Whew. Alright. Well.. STD symptoms dont just 'show up' in 10 minutes. Not even cold symptoms show that fast.

That's very wrong. It depends on the person; sometimes symtoms will manifest in a few months, sometimes a few years, and sometimes never at all. But if you just have a cold sore problem, I highly, highly doubt you transferred it to your penis. If Im not mistaken, that strain of herpes (Herpes Simplex Virus 1) exclusively affects the face (if Im wrong, someone correct me!).

Yeah but in most cases if you contract Herpes or Gohnorhrea or something, you know after a week or two, right?
Also I am at least 90% sure it wasn't from the last girl I was with, her friend actually came and told me the girl was panicking thinking she had an STD and asked me if I had anything which I gave an offended "no" to. The girl actualy went and got checked out, neg. for everything.
I searched all over google and I found self-mouth to genital transmission is rare but possible. Also type-1 can exist on the genitals it's just a more mild form and vice versa.

That is correct. However transmission of herpes seems to be mainly skin-to-skin, rather than through saliva. And when there are no active sores, and none just about to break out, the transmissibility is almost zero. I think what you observed was just chafing.

Yeah it's starting to scab over now kinda, for some reason the penis skin heals extremely fast. One time I was so rough on myself that when I finished my hand was covered in blood, two days later it was good as new.

You already have antibodies to your strain of herpes, and you've had them for years and years. That means its truly extremely unlikely you would infect another location on your own body... the antibodies would attack it, preventing the new infection from taking hold.
You can infect someone else, but not yourself anymore. Also, if you are with someone who already has cold sores or genital HSV-1, you won't pass it back n' forth to each other. (Again, because each of you already has pre-existing HSV-1 antibodies.)
If you want to get with someone who has tested negative for HSV-1, you could consider going on suppressive therapy. Not only will it massively decrease the number of cold-sore outbreaks you get, but it will massively decrease the number of times you are invisibly contagious as well (i.e. shedding the virus onto someone else unknowingly).
"Suppressive therapy" means taking a pill every day. But it makes your life better. You can go the cheap route (acyclovir) or the costlier route (Valtrex or Famvir). You should look into it.

Yeah I'd love to be on that but I've moved to a little backwards country called "israel" and the doctors suck at anything besides high-tech heart surgery and putting little micro-cameras in peoples arteries, i asked for some of that zovirax cream once and the lady gave me neosporin.
ive had a friend break several ribs somehow and they gave him acetaminophen

Not sure how the mail system works, but you can purchase medicinal prescriptions online and have medicine mailed to you. Usually comes from countries like India, etc., that U.S. pharmacies contract to produce their medicines.

the ribs part.... What would ya like them to do?
broken ribs cant be casted, nor can they really be anything aside form letting them heal on their own acetaminophen is good, it helps with pain and with inflammation, it works as well as anything Iv ever used when my ribs have been broken and thats many times. 11 of mine have been broken, some of those 3 or 4 time and some once, its as good at broken ribs as anything else. I dont even bother going to a hospital for broken ribs, there isnt shit that can be done.

Yeah in TA, I go there like once a month becuase Jerusalem sucks, but I just go on weekends and everything is shut besides clubs and bars. Plus i got the shitty insurance which is why the doctors can't prescribe anything correctly
