I think I may have broken my hymen, but I'm not sure. Earlier this week I was playing and inserted a larger object than normal. Afterwards, I discovered I was bleeding. There was a medium amount of blood, but not a huge amount and it didn't hurt any. It stopped fairly quickly and I haven't had any problem since. No pain, no more blood, etc. I did get pretty faint right after, but I think that was from seeing the blood. I have a tendency to come close to passing out even when I cut myself shaving.
I don't know if I should worry and see a doctor or if it is just normal. Since I haven't had any more problems, I am thinking maybe it isn't something to worry about, but I don't know for sure and certainly don't want to ignore something and then have it affect me having kids.
If you can give me some advice I would appreciate it. I don't really want to see a doctor because there is a certain amount of shame and embarassment involved, but I know there are more important things to worry about than that.

Welcome to A2A, anon 9753. It may have been your hymen, but whatever caused it, since the bleeding has stopped and all seems well, there seems no need to see a doctor.
