Lots of Discharge

Ever since I started puverty, I've had a lot of discharge. It's usually white, and smells a bit like a soap or lotion. The scent is normally so strong that if I open my legs, even while wearing jeans, it can be smelled soemtimes. Is this strange, should I have it checked out?

If the odor is stronger than usual, it sounds like a yeast infection. You could go to the doctor and he'll give you antifungal medicine or to a drug store and buy over the counter creams.
Has the texture of your discharged changed, i.e. does it look like cottage cheese?

Well, the scent hasn't changed. It's always smelled this way. And no, it doesnt have the texture of cottage cheese. When I've gotten yeast infections (twice) it normally smelled rotten.

Oh, so it's simply an increase of discharge. My mistake. It's probably hormonal.

The amount varies from woman to woman. But if it's excessive to the point you need protection or change panties a couple of times a day, then you may want to seek a doctor.

And even then (i.e. even if you are using a couple pantiliners per day), the doctor will still say its normal because some women just do that. It changes over the course of your life.
