Well i have heard and seen that while some people are trying too gain muscle while they are young 12-16 seem too not grow in height?
Unless they were already tall when they started. Also, that there penis doesn't grow either. If you are working out/lifting weights.

I's this True?!?

-So if this is false then is okay for me too work out often without not growing or slow grow spurts.

Thanks & sorry if i got u confused i'm kinda confused haha

Ive heard that heavy weightlifting can stunt your growth if you start too early. Something to do with the growth plates or something (i have no idea)

As far as the penis thing i doubt it. Ive never heard that, it sounds like a schoolyard rumor to me but like i said im not positive.

The heavy weightlifting stunting growth idea came about from observation of Japanese boys who were heavy labourers early last century, but it's quite possible the real reason was malnutrition. Later studies have found no difference in growth rate from moderate weightlifting, at least. So long as the weight is low enough that you can do five reps it should be fine.

A penis may look comparatively smaller on a guy who is bulked up. Or perhaps the source of the rumour is in the effects of steroids.

Well, I've only used arm weights and nothing over 25 pounds. But I'm 15 started lifting weights at 13.

Currently, I'm fairly muscular, 6'2 and at 9 inches. So I would say this rumor would be false. Or I'm lucky.

I dont think your lucky, nor do I believe its totally false.
I have no evidence to back up my claim but hear me out and see if it doesnt make sense to you.
lifting weights, is exercise, it sparks production of muscle growth and over all fitness, so it is good for you, but some weight training could lead to less growth in how tall you are.
If a man (adult) is done growing and he carried around vast amounts of weight on his back he would end up damaging his spine, compressing it and injuring it. If a kid does the weight training using heavy weight for shit like squats, he could damage his spine and hurt disks, and stunt growth.
If you skip the squats though or at least use lighter weight instead of trying to max out on them, I think the risk is negligible.
Its what my wrestling coach and dad both told me years back, I have no evidence its true, but it makes sense, its something to consider when you outline your training program.

although im quite a bit late, a little insight on this, Grvty is correct for the most part, the reason why older older people tend to slouch there backs, and have hump backs, is because the pull of gravity on there body is greater than the amount of strength they have to carry themselves.

so ultimately, when i started weight lifting, i told myself i was going to wait till i was 6ft 2 to seriously start lifting... but i never got there, tryed to get hormone pills from a doctor, but even after soaking my dick in ice and making it look tiny as fck, i still wasnt prescribed them... so i juss started working out, so now im like 5'10-11 235 lbs, benching 250-260, leg pressing about 1200. i dont do squats cause i have a bad back from fighting so much, but i will start training it soon...

so all in all to the op. im 5'11 my dick is damn near 8 2/3 inchs, im 6 1/4 around and all an all, i havent stunted whatsover...

but maybe i have, and just stopped growing at this size, but im happy where im at...

I was just randomly checking the net one day awhile back, and I seen some chick topic talking about squats, I thought I'd check it out for the hell of it.

And according to them, unweighted squats anyway, can help your back instead of hurt it more. But I dunno about it. Just though I'd throw that out there.
