look at underwear real closely. You can SEE the holes in it with the naked eye. That won't protect anyone from anything.

I'm not sure what you mean by that, seeing how the clitoris is outside the opening. But all in all, underwear is not a good condom substitute. Use one, it'll be much easier and I'm sure you're going to feel more pleasure, rather from through your underwear.
