audible heart murmur during sexual activity

I can literally hear my murmur during sexual activity, it's like having a stethoscope hooked up to a speaker; like a muffled, pulsating squeak. It's very uncomfortable and I'm not exactly sure if it's life threatening or not. At first I thought it was my lungs but even when I hold my breath and follow my pulse it's still there. Now more recently I've been feeling tingling running up the left side of my chest along with my right arm. I'm not sure if it's just my mind getting carried away with the idea of a heart attack or what. I had a murmur confirmed two years ago but it had just barely qualified as a technical murmur. Is it possible in such a short period of time I could have developed a serious heart problem? I'm 20 years old and neither of my parents suffer any sort of heart disease. I'm very concerned but then again I don't want to go to a doctor looking like an idiot so I thought I'd ask here first.

No one here is even remotely qualifed to suggest or comment about this. If I were you, I'd be calling a doctor to schedule an appointment and voice your concerns. You don't want to mess around with this stuff.

Well, it depends on what kind of a heart murmur you have. Some people have a murmur and they do not need any type of treatment because it is not serious. Other people have abnormal murmurs, but those people are usually born with the murmur or they have some degree of heart disease that has caused the murmur.
If you have the 'not so serious' murmur, it is common that you would hear it or notice it more with physical activity ie. sex because your blood is flowing through your heart faster than when you are at rest.
Of course, I am not a doctor and if you are experiencing chest pain or shortness of breath, you should always followup with a doctor. And by the way, no doctor would think you are an idiot.
