Im 20 years old and have had sexual relations and never pulled back the foreskin for that or for masturbation. When I was a kid, everytime I would go to the doctors for a checkup the doctor would pull the foreskin back and it was extremely painful for me. Because of that I have not pulled it back until recently. The foreskin pulls back no problem at all and without any pain whatsoever. My problem is when I have it pulled back and I get an erection I have pain that seems to come from the tip of the head. Its almost like its pulling or something. Any ideas?

Perhaps the frenulum on the bottom side is tight causing tension on the tip of the head.
More active stretching should help. Take a look at this thread Foreskin Stretching

yes the pain is coming from the frenulum, I just found a picture. I can probaly withstand the pain and if I do will it tear or rip a little?

It won't tear from an erection. I can from sex though. Work on stretching and you should be fine.

if it doesnt loosen up pretty soon with stretching you may have a condition called frenulum breve and should see your doctor. He can snip the part that would tear under anesthetic so it will heal better. I tore my frenulum before I got circumcised and it hurt about as much as anything I can imagine and it left scar tissue.
