okay so i went to the gyn, took a blood exam negative for everything including herpes type 2 but positive for herpes type1
im really upset about this being i used protection with my partners. But im not a active patient atleast i show no syptoms what so ever. in july 2007 i got a complete physcial and was negative to everything then retook the blood exam testing for everything in january this year and it should herpes type 1 i honestly have no idea who could have givin it to me being that no1 i was with had any coldsores. my question is can i ever kiss anyone again ? i have no symptoms so can i still spread the virus just by kissing ? and if so will they show no sypmtoms or will they? ive read online bout transmitting herpes type1 if symptoms like coldsores...please someone with knowledge on this topic explain to me about herpes type1 when i person isnt active.thankyou.
ps. i do have hpv as well [abnormal cells] and i havent had sex since i was told about this in october 2006. but i have kissed like 2 diffrent people sicne october until now and being that i have herpes type1 none of them seem to have sypmtoms if any of them gave it to me or i spread it to 1 of them

You probably don't have to have an active sore to transmit... plus yours might have been dormant for many years.
