Im 19 years old. I lift weights. Good physical condition...
except the condition ive noticed that makes me faint at my stomach...

Ive noticed small skin-colored bumps that have shown up after razor-shaving using only water, on shaft and pubic base....
I've also been having unprotected sex with 2 girls at the time..

The bumps have been around over 2 months now.
They are located on the pubic base and the shaft...(sides, underside).
They are about the size of an pin-head, and raise upwards..
No pain, No Iritation, or discomfort....
they are hard at touch, and rough projections.

I thought they were just hair follicles that grew back abnormal from shaving with only water......
But they still remain.... I think they are spreading very slow... I dont know.

Desperate to know if these bumps have any discharge or pimple like symptoms, i squeezed and twisted one of the bump's tissue off.... It bled little. the under the bump surface was a tiny "white-hard-thread" sticking out...

They could be Sebaceous (I know i spelt that wrong, wait for Inel opr sdp to spell it right) glands, or long standing razor burn.

Also, ALWAYS use a sharp razor and shaving cream when shaving in such a sensitive area, ALWAYS.

I just been trimming with scissors...
the bumps dont appear to grow any bigger...

they may appear to grow in different spots and disapear...

There not really all clustered up, but they are close and spreaded out...

It re-grew it self over time......

I wondered if this was a STD. or razorburns could leave scars....but i dont get how its spreading..

They do sound like sebaceous glands to me. You have these all over your body - they produce sebum, a white gunk that is the skin's natural moisturiser. On most of your body they are buried in the skin, but the skin on the genitalia is thinner, and when the sebaceous glands enlarge in puberty as they do, they become noticeable there. You're noticing them now because you're uncovering the area and paying more attention to it.

You don't get rid of them - they are perfectly normal.

It's hard to know. The sebum in sebaceous glands can dry out to form a hard white plug - a whitehead.

We should consider the possibility of molluscum. Molluscum lesions are often dome-shaped, typically with an indentation in the middle (example), and they have a white waxy core which is in fact highly contagious. Unlike sebaceous glands, molluscum can spread; and they can be transmitted sexually. The lesions are normally considerably bigger than a pinhead, but the Wikipedia article I linked does say they can be as small as 1 mm across.

I think at this stage you should show them to a doctor and ask about molluscum.

Id just add, if I may;
once you see the doctor, post the results here in case it helps someone else along the way. Follow ups to these threads canbe jsut as important as anything else on the site if it helps to answer someones question and while the OP may not always be around to answer it later on, th threads are still gonna be online for someone to find by searching.

Well i feel u dudoodadoo, something like that has been happening to me but my in case its worse i would say and it is depressing. Hopefully i can get advise from u guys.

Well everything started with some itching on my balls and penis. Then it got red and it became like a rash. After that I got like a water bump on the bottom of my penis. It got worse the next day.... that same afternoon water started coming out of the bump. I really dont know what to do but to go to the doctor. Its scary and depressing. Im praying its an infection and not an STD. Well thanks in advance.

I'll be blunt.. You're acting like a fool right now. You keep posting stuff without making an appt to see a doctor. We don't know what it is. We've offered suggestions, but that's the best one can do on the internet. It needs to be seen by a doctor for positive identifcation.

Bumps
Common “bumps” on the surface skin of the penis include sebaceous glands, pearly papules and inflamed hair follicles. Sebaceous (oil) glands are yellow raised bumps on the shaft, which may secrete a small amount of waxy material. Pearly penile papules may also develop during puberty and may be mistaken for sexually transmitted genital warts. These tiny raised flesh-colored bumps are found in rows along the rim (corona) of the head of the penis. Both sebaceous glands and pearly papules may persist into adulthood, and require no treatment. Pubic hairs at the base of the penis may become infected with skin bacteria such as Staph, resulting in folliculitis. This produces red bumps and pus in the hair follicles, and may require antibiotic treatment if extensive.

........................................................
Ive had a staph infection b4....
and my body was covored in blisters from fighting in a ditch full of poison ivy...

I just wondered if staph infact infected the bacteria on my gental area.......

Iv had 3 people i know die form staph, as well as a friend lose his leg to it from a surgery, and another nearly his arm. its not something to fuck with,
the concept is afraid to ask, its not the solution, there comes a time when you have to fucking man up, and go seek professional medical advice in person. Now is that time.
This is not a question of is fucking my preggo gf going to cause my kid to be born with poked out eyes. Its time to see a pro and get a proper diagnosis, ESPECIALLY if it is staph
