If you're nice and easy on her (like you should be), it shouldn't last too long. The first time pain isn't THAT painful, assuming everything's fine. It's like a small pinch, it'll go away in a few seconds. It'll take a small bit of time for her to get used to the feeling of something bigger than her finger or tampon in her vagina.
If you're too rough, she'll probably bleed and be in more pain than necessary. That's when you have to stop or else you deserve a kick in the nuts, lol. This is exactly why you should always have plenty of lube, have her be very relaxed, and you take your time. Slow is key.

Because it's too much too fast. Your brain and your body can't get used to something new that quickly. I get that you're a guy, so it probably isn't as obvious to you as it is to me.
So, think of it like this: Does getting hit in the junk hurt any less if someone kicked you really fast? If he quickly kicked you again, would you get used to it?

hmmm... idk i think that men and women are extremely different when it comes to pain...
i mean my girlfriend cant take me rectally, but i myself have taken things as big as myself (for testing purposes only) easily...
actually getting hit in the balls gently hurts, usually worse, than getting hit hard and fast...
and when i got hit multiple times, my balls got numb after the 3rd time, but it did leave me in pain for a good 2 weeks....

but i do think that men and women take pain differently.
women have thinner skin than men, and men typically have thick skin.
reason being is because of the way that we evolved. men were hunters/workers, skin got hard, women, were cookers.
i watched a segment on the discovery channel about this, thats why typically women get colder, faster than men...
i say TYPICALLY so much, because there are some exceptions. as there will ALWAYS be exceptions.

I didn't see that thing on the discovery channel, but I heard from a few sources that the main reason women get colder faster than men is because men have more muscles mass which generates heat. Whereas women have more fat that doesn't hold heat as well.

it was on a segment talking about the evolution of man, and it gave little kinda Did You Know things about women...
they were saying that since men were always outside and working, and hunting, there skin became thicker to accomodate themselves for the wheather and conditions... where as women stayed typically inside, and they took care of babies, and the house.
and on another note... i think that when it comes to pain and men vs women, there are pains that women can take, and men cannot... but then again... there are ALOT of pain women cant take where as men can... since our skin is thicker and stronger...

I agree, though I would also think genetics come into play (like hormones). Also, what people do affects your body. Like, farmers or field workers. In enough time, the skin on their hands will get pretty tough, even the females.
