Okay so I'm growing my hair back out and it's driving me nuts! Anyone have any tricks on how to make it grow faster. One friend told me he heard that if you apply Rogaine Foam (Or whatever it's called lol) to the scalp it'll make my hair grow faster, but I thought Rogaine was supposed to regrow hair not make it grow faster??? Also, a female friend told me to take pre-natal vitamins... though not sure how safe that really is for a male LoL. I dunno scares me more than a little LoL.
Just curious if you all have any tips/tricks on making hair grow faster.

make sure you clip your dead ends, and dont wash it every day, do it like every other day wash and condition it, as long as your scalp is healthy, your hair will grow.

as long as your scalp is healthy, your hair will grow.
some people cut their dead ends and some don't. i don’t unless i want to take some lenth off. hair grows from it’s roots not the ends. If you got healthy hair your ends should be healthy too. dead ends break off. i'm not saying you don’t have to cut dead ends off. i'm saying you might not have too.
I also have to wash my hair every day. I have oily hair and if i don't wash it daily it will look like i haven't washed it in 3 days.
i personally think it's hard to tell some one what to do with third hair cuz ALL hair is different. their is thick hair, fine hair, oily hair, dry hair... dry hair USALLY has dry ends. (it's what i was told)
only advice i know to give you Eddie is to talk to a hair person that is well known for doing good work. yea you might have to pay but isn't your hair worth it? lol
see if i was to tell you to NOT cut your dead ends they might be dead and start breaking off. I fi was to tell you to cut them then you maybe cutting off inches ort half inches when you don't have too. i guess every one knows when they need to wash their hair cuz mine when it needs it makes me miserable! See wut I saying?? ;p; …..people’s hair grow at different rates. I really don’t know what you can do to make it grow faster other than keep it healthy. Mine actually grows longer and thicker. Oh and no one likes their own hair I hear haha.. I want my girl friends hair. Long and silky and she wants my hair texture. I dk why with theses stupid wavys..

I know there's a vitamin supplment that helps with hair growth. You can find it at wal-mart or walgreens. Can't remember which one it was but you can find it in any brand.

Can't really add anything to what's already been said other than to just stress take good care of it so it doesn't break off or get split ends. ...but seeing as your apparently just back from bald, I don't know that any of that is going to apply. 
LoL yeah I was basically bald a month ago hehe. Actually today I styled it into a mini Faux-hawk (think that's how it's spelled?? lol). So it's grown quite a bit in the last month. I guess I am just impatient and looking for ways to help it grow faster.
I admit I don't condition with a pure conditioner, I use a 2-in-1 type wash. Should I switch to a more concentrated conditioner?

I believe that myself, short hair = no pussy, I know Iv gotten laid many times just because of my hair
shallow bitches! but they were wet and warm and thats all I was interested in.

LOL making my hair grow faster, though getting laid is not a bad topic either  lol
Alright so I'll go get some real conditioner and see if that helps. My goal is to not cut my hair until June, figure by than it should be pretty long and my barber and I can come up with a fun style for the summer. Not sure if I'll make it that long, but that's my goal lol.

I know of no way to make it grow faster, only to keep better care of it so its not damaged and looks like shit and forces you to cut it to make it look better.

Well I really doubt that it'll help but what you'll have to work with in June will be healthier hair.
You can make it to June... Shit, I've gone years without haircuts. My braid would get ass long then I'd get it cut off and then let it grow back. It's short now though... well short for me like five or six inches. Just deal with it you'll be glad you didn't cave when June gets here.

I don’t like the 2 in one. Now I don’t know how true it is but I was told that the 2 in 1 shampoo conditioners don’t clean your hair as well as plain shampoos do.
