need advice on something

ok, so there's a girl, names emily, and i need help with what to do. she has a bf (not me) and says she cares about him but also gets annoyed with him and such. the fun part is that she openly says she likes me and i like her. We've hung out and she always ends up hitting me constantly, which is good, right? anyway, i'm confused on what to do because she says her relationship is coming to an end but she doesn't know how long, prolly by summer she said.
i know i'm probably ignoring the realistic side of me and sticking around to long, but i have no clue what to do. i mean, she likes me and i like her and she seems unhappy with her bf at times.
so am i just wishing for something that will never happen or what?

It sounds to me like she's confused about what she wants. If you know she likes you and is unhappy in her current relationship make it known that your intrested in her but not intrested in wasting your time.
If she really likes you, she'll lose that zero and get herself a hero (that's you lol)

I'd wait until she breaks up with him or see how it turns out. Just because she says her relationship is failing doesn't mean she's going to break up with him. Be very cautious because she may play both of you.
I mean, come on. She's going to wait until summer? If he's that bad she'd break up with him in a heartbeat.

Definitely sounds like she's playing games with you, bud. It's happened to me many times before when a girl loves the attention from more than one guy. That's what this looks like. Be careful, I wouldn't hold my breath.
