After taking a poo, I usually have a problem with whiping that started this year around September and hasn't gone away. I have no problem going to the bathroom, but when I whipe, it never ... ever .. stops. It's hard to explain, but if I wipe normally through the crack, the TP is clean, but if I stick it in the actual hole of my butt, it comes out on the TP. If I just leave it like that, eventually I can feel my ass getting all dirty and tickly and that means I have to whipe, in which case a simple whipe across the crack leaves me with more stuff. When I go to the bathroom, it's either one of two scenarios, 1) A no whiper, where everything comes out perfect and leaves me without having to whipe, 2) The constant whiper, where for some reason there is always stuff left near the actual buthole. I don't get it and it's getting really annoying. This has never happended THIS MUCH until this year. It used to happen occassionaly, but now it's almost every day. Any help is appreciated.

When you have th ewiping problem, your stool is not firm and does not completely evacuate (come out).. You might need more fiber in your diet. You can buy dsposable wet wipes in the toilet paper section which can help you clean.

Whole grain products. Whole meal bread, brown rice, whole meal pasta, etc.

Vegetables are excellent too, and whole fruits (not juice).

He's not saying to give up juice. It's just there's no fiber in juice. The fiber is in the fruit itself and peel.

So i posted this thread about 2 months ago and i'm still having the same problem. The only time it doesn't happen is when it's a no whiper. Every time I have to wipe it is ALWAYS the constant whipe. Every single time. I am getting really frustrated because it's because such a nuisance with my everyday tasks.

Do they make vitamins for Fiber? Anyone know if that would help?

Metamucil does make a pill that's fiber. So you might wanna give that a try.

I personally drink Metamucil Berry Burst twice a day, it tastes really good and has really help stabilize my IBS issues. It's still not perfect, but a tremendous difference.
