well..its kind of long but i hope someone well still try and help..

ive been out of the workout scene for about 6 months and im ready to get back to it. although i have a workout scheme ready, i dont know how or what or even what time i should eat. i used to have everything planned out and ate 6 times a day but things have changed...

my biggest problem is that on mondays, wed, and fridays i have to wake up at 4-4:30 am for work...so i have NO strength to get up even earlier to fix myself a good hearty breakfast...i have no clue what to eat for a snack or lunch or even the moment afterwords before i finaly get home for dinner. oh and on fridays after work i run a gym at a childrens event at a school until 11 pm so im literally never home that day.

my goal is to of course gain some muscle but still look toned. like a football player body. My biggest thing is that im looking for a breakfast replacement..maybe a rocky shake or something where i can just pile in eggs milk and ham and tuna into it and drink it on my way to work lol

i really apprectiate anyone who helps \:\)

Dude make a couple of eggs, if you're worried about cholesterol then fling out the yokes.

egg whites are 13 calories each and 3-4g of protein. And it only takes about 1 minute to make a full egg, probably 20-30 seconds to cook a white.

Personally though as breakfast is important I don't see why a bowl a raisin bran or something quick and easy to get and healthy for you is hard to get.

And dude, what you described would taste terrible beyond all belief and isn't really needed.

As a snack though I'd eat a can of Tuna. 150 calories and 32g of protein all on its own. With some wheat bread and good cheese. say 40-45g of protein.

It's now known that cholesterol in the diet makes no difference to blood cholesterol levels, so you can eat egg yolks with a clear conscience. \:\)

In fact your body makes cholesterol anyway, if you don't get it in the diet. You need it - among other things, to make sex hormones from.

That doesn't mean cholesterol levels in the blood have nothing to do with diet. But high cholesterol levels don't come from eating cholesterol, but from eating some saturated fats, especially palmitates.
