I went to a new DR. today and she asked me if I knew how to do a breast exam and I replied "Yes, and I found a lump at 22." Im 30 now and have had 2 mammos done. She said that I have lumpy breasts which is caused by the consumption of too much caffeine. The she she squeezed my nipples and made a comment about how they're baby bottle sized. I hate my breasts. Breastfeeding 1 child (not 10) left me with small saggy things, with large areolas and nipples. They disgust me to the point that I even secretly desire surgery. Not to look like Pam Anderson or some other cartoon from LA (my hometown) but just to look NORMAL AGAIN. I told her that and she said "Oh, you wouldnt want to do that" but she never said "listen, it's common" or anything to ease my anxiety. Im still shaken up by her remarks. I ended up leaving feeling like a freak. I know they're bad but I didnt know they were THAT bad. Are my breasts normal? Who knows? I dont even think the doctors do anymore.

If you don't feel comfortable with your doc then I think you should look into getting a new one. A doctor is someone you should trust and give you good meaningful information, not make you feel bad about yourself. It sounds to me like your doctor wasn't doing a very good job. They should know not to be openly biased towards their patients.

Those are normal breasts. Life happens, breasts change, at the end of the day though hon, they don't make you. You can put a bra on, a shirt, and no one will know but you, and your man thing.
