There is a skinner person inside of me...... afterall!
It was time to regain control of my life. Enough was enough. I couldn't life like this any more. we joined Lifetime Fitness and have a personal trainer who kicks our asses 3 times a week for 2 hours a session. and have been working out at the gym every night for the last three weeks. "Cardio homework" as it's called on our off trainer days
I have dropped 2 pant sizes and according to the scale, I have lost 25.6 pounds.
I just needed to share it with someone other than myself...
Thanks for lending an ear

Wonderful. You can never feel bad about being more healthy. Perhaps I'm not in a position to mean much, but losing weight can be very difficult to will power through, and you have my congratulations.

Im no fucking ndn either, but alot of the shit they were into, and Ill skip the ribbon shirts, My walking stick says liki, rubber tips, straps on the handle,spikes that the rubber covers or comes off for winter on ice, adjustable for river wading...I like my fucking stick. I have a dream catcher too, its a decoration on the wall, not even near a bed :D. Iv got the buckskin boots too, just like em thought they were fucking cool, Im on my 5th or 6th pair, worn the others out, but Iv been wearing them since jR high or so.

Alot of that shit is real cool, GOt an NDn budyd as well, goshute indian, and of course you, I had another buddy that was goshute, hes dead however, found him a few years ago on the side of the freeway with a bullet hole in his head. Guess I cant count him any more. Interestingly enough, his murder has never been solved, didnt make the papers, not even the local ones and noone really gave a shit, he was 20 years old when it happened. I had another one in HS, Ute indian, he killed himself our sophomore year, huffing fucking freon from an old fridge. Noone ever determined if it was on purpose or accident, no one seemed to give a shit either, I dont think they looked into it to fucking hard.
THe culture is great, Im a white boy all the way through, mostly scottish ancestors, But I think Im a bit indian, at least in some practices and knowledge.
