Eggos aren't going to fill you up, they're simple carbs. You have to eat some steak or some protein. If you don't have steak (or other meat), try a big bowl of oatmeal.
You have a lot of muscle mass now and that takes extra feedin'- plus your metabolism must be through the roof from all that working out. It's going to be difficult to find enough food to fill yourself up.

Instead of eggos, try eggs.

Whole grains. Slow burning carbs. You should stay fuller longer.

I have ate more than the box of eggos.. I was just stating that it was the most recent. B4 those I ate some chips and pretzels with two wheat bread turkey sandwiches. B4 that as soon as I got in I had some left over chicken and a pack of those cheese cracker things. A apple and some little carrots. Breakfast b4 I got home I had strawberry pancakes with my girl. So.. I pretty much been eating since I got home. I missed having my protein shake this morning. i'm out. i got to get more.. is that wuts goign on??
there is nothing to eat here! i've ate us out... It’s time to go grocery shopping lol
*wrinkles up nose* eggs……EW gross. I’m not a fan of eggs or peanut butter.
urggg, ineligible, i might have to learn to like eggs. (gags)
.. thanks albeitmyself, ineligible & leelee .

Eat a peanut butter and fluff sandwich. Or if you those rice cake things you can put peanut butter on them and eat it.
Peanut butter's full of protein so it fills you up even if the amount is small.

Peanut butter is packed with fat, not protein.

Peanut butter has about 8g of protein (per serving) which is about 16% of the suggested daily intake of protein so it's not bad.

It would also have over 16g of fat (per 8g protein serving) which equals about 40% of your RDI. That's if you follow those RDIs, which I don't.
