ok for a little while now my left shoulder has been hurting, and ive noticed that sometimes it...clicks i guess youd call it, and in the same sort of position i dont feel my right shoulder doing that so im guessin it aint supposed to do that, anybody have a clue what that might be and a way to fix it?

I tore mine out, that was a few yaers ago, still does that clicking noise and you can hear it form a few feet away, you can feel shit go bad if you have your hand on my shoulder when I move it.
Mine was a torn bersa, I did therapy, and they still want to do surgery, but im against surgery if its not 100% needed.
It hurts like a fucker to do it, but it doesnt often end up in that position to cause the pain and noise so Iv let it go. It took and xray and a MRI to determine what was wrong with mine, and its better now, stronger and usable, but for a few weeks I couldnt even move my arm, took an orthopedic surgeon to find my problem and set up therapy.

oh hell it doesnt hurt THAT bad but it is a nuisance and the clicking was kind of concerning

I tore mine out, at work! mine hurt like a bastard, tooka year to be able to really get most the strength back that it had before, the range of motion still is not 100% with out pain.
But I had workers comp paying for all my shit. IF it hurts see a doc, if it doesnt keep an eye on it and think about seeing one.
