okay sooo..theres this boy...I met him this year at the beginning of school. We somehow got stuck together in the far back seats of a horrible class. We've become really close friends and he even got me a job at the place where he works at. Ive had alittle crush on him for a few months now, I dont even know where it came from. After me and my boyfriend broke up he started flirting with me alloooot. Especially at work.
The other night we were talking and he ended up telling me that hes wanted to get with me ever since the beginning of school. I told him the feeling was mutual. But now whenever im around him at work he starts talking about how I should go out with this guy jim who likes me.
I dont get it, why would he try to hook me up with some other guy?
oh, him and jim are really good friends apparently.

It's not that I'm unsure what to write. It's just I'm not this guy you're talking about. I nor anyone on this board is a mind reader. The only way you'll get your answer is through this guy.

Perhaps, that's how he felt, at first. I kinda mentioned that he may not feel the same anymore. I don't know when "the beginning of school" was for you, but if it's been a while, then yeah, he could have easily changed his mind. And perhaps the reason he can confidently tell you this now, because he doesn't feel the same way anymore. Maybe he liked you at first, but when time passed by, he now just wants to be friends because he got to know you better.
I'm just pulling this guess out of the air based on what you said. Again, I'm not a mind reader. The answer you seek is with this guy. Ask him to be sure.
