I am 14 years old, 15 next month and i just recently realised that my foreskin should be able to retract. i started strecthing my oreskin the other day and i can already retract my foreskin when my penis is on a hang but when erect it is hardly budging.
my penis is rougly 3 inches non erect, less than 5 inches erect.
yes i am not pleased with my penis.

Stretching since the other day is definitely not sufficient to make it loose enough. Given that you have a late start to retraction, it may take months to be comfortable retracting with an erection. And that's only if you work at it. Not a once in a while thing.

Also, being 5 inches when you're 15 is perfectly fine. You still have a few years to go.
Of course, being five inches is perfectly fine (within normal range really) even when you're a grown up. Don't base your expectations on penis length on porn -- nor on the bragging of your schoolmates.
