For the six pack to be visible you need to have very low fat. If you are not naturally thin it may mean controlling your diet as well as exercising.

By getting fit, do you mean gaining muscle mass and weight or losing weight and becoming more "cut".

You can't spot reduce. In order to get a six pack, you will need a low body fat percentage, and to be eating healthy. Try a fair amount of cardio activity, and eating healthy. But, since you're trying to get fit, you might as well work out your entire body, instead of just focusing on getting a six pack.

becoming more cut and ok main thing is that im kinda naturally fit in the summer my body goes out of hibernation as my doctor says cuz in the winter i gain a lot like my body tries to get fatter but i don't know why

To get thinner or have your abs show, you need, of course, to expend more calories than you take in...simple.

To get more muscle mass, you need to eat more calories than you burn. This however is dangerous simply because if you eat and eat all the wrong stuff your body will put on fat and not muscle (especially if you're not working out).

The diets are completely opposite of each other (unless going for what's called a "clean bulk").

Decide what you want to do. Do you have a lot of muscle mass, so that when you DO get thinner you will look good and not anorexic? If not, then I would suggest bulking up first, then doing what's called, "cutting". Which is the first thing I was talking about...fewer calories ingested than burned.
