Anything to help Balanitis?

Well yes i got Balanitis from unprotected and thats the last time i 'm going to do that. The spots don't hurt at all but there going away really slow. anything i can do it speed it up?

Balanitis can be caused by bacteria or fungi or even viruses, so the treatment really depends what it is. If you got it from sex, a fungus (yeast) seems most likely, and you could try some antifungal cream, rubbed in twice a day.
