okay for a long time now i have had this redness on my penis head it is like an irritation i think
i have changed soaps recently and that seemed to help and i have been puting aveeno cream on
it looks like it is getting better and there is very little redness from what it used to be but when i jerk off like after i am done and my erection goes down there is redness really bad but when i put some cream on it, it goes away not totlly but it gets better idk what to do and how to get rid of it what do you think??

Welcome to A2A, js3128. It may well be a bit of fungal (yeast) infection. There seem to be a lot of Aveeno products so I'm not sure what the cream contains, but it's probably reducing the inflammation without removing the cause. I think you should try an antifungal cream for a week and see if it helps - it won't hurt. Anything for tinea or athlete's foot or ringworm or jock itch should do - there may be something in the medicine cupboard, or you can buy it without prescription at a pharmacy.

i actually have tried that a tried lamisil at for about 2-3 weeks it didnt really do anything

You might try another type of anti-fungal other than Lotrimin. Sometimes the fungus critters develop an immunity to one type of medication or the other.
For more information, see here.
Again, are you using any type of lube?

OK, a few better pictures.
Since you don't use lube, are you actually rubbing the head when you masturbate? Or just using the shaft skin to move it up & down?
It doesn't look like an infection to me.
I'd try using a nice, water-based lube for a while. Follow that by washing it off and applying a small amount of soothing lotion and rubbing that in and leaving it.
If this really bothers you, go see a dermatologist to ask their opinion.

when i masturbate i dont really rub the head
i have accutaly went to my doctor for this like 3 times the first time he gave me another kind of antifugal cream and the next time i went he told me that it wasnt a yeast infection and that it was really dry so thats when i started using the aveeno unsented and the most recent time i went he said that i was obbsested with it and that i was worring to much about it
but i know that there is something on my penis and i think you guys could agree with me on that through the pictures i just want to get rid of it
i have a girlfriend and i dont want her to see it, its like i have to try and hide it and i know i didnt get it from her because i had it before i had sex with her and i was a virgin
do you think i should try a skin doctor?

If you're concerned with it, yes, see a dermatologist.
A skin doctor can culture it to see what it is and prescribe a treatment plan.
Just be prepared, however. It may well be 'nothing' and that you are too concerned about it.
My skin is not perfect over my body, either, but most doctors would still tell me nothing is wrong with it.
As far as you not rubbing the head when you masturbate, you still could be hitting it lightly, without actually realizing it because it feels good (not causing pain) and you're in the heat of the moment.
Most of those spots are on the corona or just above, right?

The circumference of the base of the glans forms a rounded projecting border, the corona of the glans penis, overhanging a deep retroglandular sulcus, behind which is the neck of the penis.
The corona is the most prominent area that encircles the head.
Most of those spots are on the corona or just above, right?
And, you can continue to 'injure' that area each time you masturbate.

All I can say is, I bet you are, indeed, hitting that area a bit.
Try using some lube.
Probably, most likely, this is nothing to worry about.

It looks like an inflammation to me, but im no doctor.
Try lube or avoiding the rim of your head when masturbating, ive had inflammation right below my head from masturbating before, shockingly painful, but something to just let be and heal itself.
Try that, and if not maybe start thinking fungal
