So i have this weird problem. Ive noticed whe n im laying flat on my back i cant keep my erection or i just cant get it very hard. When i stand up its fine, and if im sitting in my chair masturbating or something its fine, even laying on my side. But if i lay flat on my back i cant keep it or even get it, why is this?
I noticed this problem with my girlfriend, thats the only time im laying on my back with my penis out. Il be laying on my back and she will start to give me a blow job and it just wont get that hard. But if i stand up and let her give me a blow job im fine. Also when we have oral we do 69 laying on our sides instead of our backs, we like it better that way anyway, and when we do that i can keep it hard.
Any idea why i have this problem? Is it just some stupid mental block i have, like maybe i convinced myself i cant get hard on my back or something. I had that problem before. I was convinced i had some kind of erection problem so i went to the doctor, and he told me i seemed to have good blood flow, i had no scaring or anything he could really see wrong with it. And that day i came home and i got hard as a rock just because i knew there was nothing wrong.
But after awhile i started to convince myself there was something wrong and the problems came back. Maybe its all in my head, or is it some kind of medical problem. Has anyone else ever had this problem?

i do think that u might be falsely convincing urself that u have an ED... it does happen alot... u can trick ur mind into doing the wierdist shit in the world... me i SPIT WHENEVER i smoke cigarettes... i just have to spit...
which makes smoking in cars a hassle :-(
but try verbalizing and mentally thinking that u dont have that problem... and that its all in ur head...
also dont close your eyes during the time that ur getting head/playing with yourself.. focus on whats happening in that moment in time..look at ur girl, or porno, or whatever u please, but focus on whats happening in your world, at your time...
u should watch the movie The Peaceful Warrior... You'll learn alot :-P

Well since you get erections from blood going into your penis, im guessing its harder for the blood to travel up your penis if your laying down. I don't think im right though because then everyone else would have that problem.
