Try masturbating for longer time. If I do the stop and go method I get a fair amount of precum.

When i masturbate it takes about 10 minutes to get a trickle of precum. When i was having sex and my partner masturbated me it took a few seconds to get enough for sex. I guess maybe sex gets more than simulation.

I know, an old thread.. But to answer you question.. I have to agree wth sdp. You have what you have and there is no changing it. I personally don't produce a single drop no matter how excited or long I take. If there was a way to increase it or a way to make your body produce it, I would have had found it years ago.
