well i have really puffed out male nipples. they are like and inch sticking out and 2 inches across. this started happening around grade 7 ( puberty im guessing ) and i have just finished graduating highschool so 5-6 years give or take. and they still havent gotten smaller. im turning 18 soon and its becoming a real pain in the ass. there is all something hard behind them that sticks out inside them and its farly large about an inch big and i can feel it when i grab it. when i first noticed them they felt as one complete peice but now after playing sports and such it seems they are broken. there are only a select few people who know about this most being family and my girlfriend. sex with your clothing on isnt very fun. i have never gone to a doctor because im very embarrassed about it. the only other case i know of is my unkle ( hes 1 year younger then me grandmother had a late child) anyways as far as i know his are not as big as mine. anyone with any info on this please help  possible i could get pictures if really nessisary

well this isnt just like man boobs or anything my male breast arnt getting bigger. well they are so big because of body fat but the nipple itself is really big if admins wouldnt mind i could post a picture to show you

not really mine are just more of the nipple sticking out no signs of the breast being bigger picture a flat boob with an inch or more of just nipple sticking out i really think a picture is nessisarry. because im not embarresed of posting a picture to whom people i know cannot make fun of me. but people i know whom see me all the time im very embarrased. as of right now i live with my step mom and my dad. the only 2 people who know of this are my real mom ( she lives 2000 km away ) and my girlfriend. and she doesnt really mind them. so nobody in my hosehold knows but me.

there's nothing you or anyone here can do.. You need to have it evaluated by a doctor. there could be hormonal issues.. You want to have it checked out if there is a problem

I had gynaecomastia a couple of years ago, which was even worse because I had moobs also. Further to that I seem to have some sort of recessed sternum (though I have seen some which are even deeper than mine) so I looked like I had a full-on set of titties.
So for me I had the moob, and then on top of that I had the puffy nipple. Was only on my left side. It was very tender to the touch and sometimes merely wearing a t-shirt would be uncomfortable.
Went to the doctor, and after about 25 seconds of prodding, was diagnosed. I asked what I could do, and was told to just leave it. If I saw no improvement after 6 months, to go back.
6 months passed and it had gone down noticably, but was still there. I figured I'd wait a bit longer and sure enough 1 year after my diagnosis it was gone.
Just need to work on the moobs now.

okay well its been 3 months later. they are still the same size. still afraid to like ask my rents or doctors about it. i lost 15 pounds since then from 205 to 190 and im 6 foot it doesnt seem that bad. i feel in shape i know i still have some body fat. but no improvement on the npple size going down. i have noticed that there are like hard things like cylander shape under the nipples about a dime round and goes down through the nipple into the chest. i turned 18 yesterday and it still sucks

yay its been over a year, im 19 now. working full time and there still there. im not to bothered with it. iv gotten in Alot better shape now. i was 195 im not 178. they havent gone down much. i still cant really take the embarrassment so nobody knows. my mom and girlfriend are still the only ones who know. so obviously im too embarrassed for the doctors. ill keep you posted. might take another picture after if your interested
