Not OK. Cuddling and hugging is fine, but not with a bare penis inside her. Guys have been known to cum quickly, not to mention the possibility of precum which can contain sperm if you have ejaculated (from masturbation or intercourse) recently.

readytogo is right, pre-cum can contain sperm, and who knows if she moves about you could cum inside her and then, well why risk it. If you are both ready for this, do it properly use a condom, the risks are just too high to take chances like that.

Like others have said there is a chance of pregnancy and not to mention the TEMPTATION. Trust me, the last thing you will want to do when your in there (especially bare skin no condom) is just sit there and hug.

If your going to do it, put on a rubber, without it is just a huge risk and pretty crazy honestly. Good luck to you!

If for no other reason what MMA said is dead on. Temptation once your there can be the death of you. It would just be to easy to take the one extra step then your a daddy. It's fine if you all want to do this but wear the fuckin' condom.
