me speaking personally, if anything popped up on my asshole or cock or balls, I would immediately go screaming to a doctor.
Those pictures are horrid. I mean the quality, not the subject, I can not exactly identify the subject or make out what it honestly is.
If it is what I think it is, a large blister looking lump on an asshole, I would already be in a office someplace having a guy with rubber gloves and KY on his hands poking around my nether regions.

It looks like a hemorrhoid to me, but as the others said, *anytime* a bump or something irregular appears on the bowels, especially a male, get to the doctor ASAP. The piece of mind is worth the $50 - $100 to get checked.
