Okay, so I was just thinking about this, and it's weird for me to be doing this here, it's personal-ish, but I can't really find answers on this vast thing called the Internet, so I'll turn to the group of people who have helped me before, as I start to ramble...
So, I can't really tell if I'm circumcised or not. It's almost like I half am, but half not, because normally, I can see the head without me pulling anything back, but I have skin to pull back, and enough to pull over the head, whereas if your c-cised, you can't? Like, skin doesn't rub, your hand does, with whatever you use.
So, the question is, anyone know what I am really? Because it doesn't REALLY matter too much to me, but I was just wondering. So there it is, while watching that 70's show...

If, when you are soft, there is normally skin over at least part of the head, you are probably uncircumcised - sometimes the foreskin doesn't cover all of the head.
If, when you are soft, there is normally no skin over the head, though you can pull it over the head, you are probably circumcised with a loose circumcision.
But it may be hard to tell the difference for sure between a short natural foreskin and a loose circumcision.
If you have a brown ring around your shaft, it's a circumcision scar from the most common method of doing it, with a clamp, and you would then know you had been circumcised. However not all circumcisions produce such a scar, especially loose ones done freehand.

freehand... -shudder- I was always supprised by the reactions i got from people if/when they found out i wasn't circumsised, its interesting the way it became the 'norm' when in reality, its cosmetic surgery.

Dont feel bad dude. I couldnt tell either till I was 19. I never bothered to ask my parents about it and just assumed all circumcised penis' were abnormal as a child.

well, if you get of your own decision, then yeah, it is, but most are done for religious beliefs or because of hygiene. When you don't decide, but your parents do, its done by whatever your parents believe, or if later in life, you follow a path different from how you grew up, and get it done. But if its just to do it, then yeah. I wonder if insurance would pay for that later in life, and I'm only half-joking, cuz I wonder if they consider it elective, or whatever.

yeesh, no, that'd be weird, lol. I've done further investigating, and it seems to be a freehand loose. Wow, it sounds like we're fishing.
"What'd you catch, Bill?" "Ehh, it's just another Freehand Loose."
Wow, the the things your brain can come up with...

LuvMyCats ... the acid test is to pull your foreskin back and search for your frenum and Taylor's ridged bands. Invariably these important anatomical features of the intact penis are removed during circumcision, which is unfortunate, as they are the most sensitive part of a man's body.
The photos on this link show some of the variations. Know that the ridged bands are quite small, but they circle around the opening of the normal foreskin, and they splay out, somewhat, during retraction.
