My other half has been diagnosed with a spastic colon and often has stabbing pains which causes him to jump out of his seat and stop whatever he's doing. He also bleeds regularly when he has a bowel movement. According to the doctor, this is "normal" for someone of 21 and there's nothing they can give him to help with any of it. Then the other day he mentioned to me that he had bout of stabbing pains in his bowels but orgasmed at the same time, without any stimulation. This makes me worry about the state of his prostate. He had it checked a few months ago and apparently it was ok. Should he get it checked again? I'm not entirely convinced. Any ideas what it might be? Thanks
