Now available in a can.
Anyways, in seriousness. So I just got this attachment for my mountain bike, it was about 150 dollars, but it takes 5 minutes(prolly less ET) to turn my mountain bike into a exercise bike and vice versa.
There's several ways to change the resistance on it etc. It's pretty awesome =D

I've seen those. They seem really awesome. I'm not a biker so I'm not really interested but if I was and I had a bike, I would probably have one.

Used it for 2 days now, they're awesome, you don't even really have to set them up, just pull it out of the box.
Now if you're using mountain bike tires and not road tires you will need to change them or you'll tear them up quick, but otherwise it's amazing.
