Hi,
I'm having red rashes on my penis head. It started a couple months ago. Initial i thought i was skin irritation. But it still there now.
Here's the picture:

The white spot u see in the 2nd picture is reflection of flash lights. I looked around at websites and forums. The pictures of others i see all has ulcers but mine doesn't have like theirs.
From the picture, can you guys tell if it's herpes or something else? It is not so red normally. Actually i just masturbated.
Hope someone will give some comments.

You're right, that one doesn't look raw, just red and smooth. It's always possible it might be a fungal or bacterial skin infection.

fungal--use an antifungal medication like you would use for athlete's foot
bacterial-- use an anitbiotic cream like mycitracin

Not to be the kind of girl that says the cup is half empty but I think you should see a doc at the clinic for this and not take it into your own hands.
It very well may be herpes as it doesnt always start off all super gross and huge. I couldn't see the pictures but you should look into it. Heres a bunch of pics to get you started. http://yourstdhelp.com/herpes.html
