I have strange nipples, what's wrong?

My nipples basically look like I have 1 big nipple and then many tiny nipples around it. Like on this pic here which I found on the web. Why is the skin around the nipple not smooth? 
I bet this repells women.

As others have said, you don't have strange nipples - that is what nipples look like.

But I have seen nipples which didn't look like that. They only had 1 nipple and the surrounding skin was totally smooth.

It can be smooth, but it looks like that (the photo) when the nipple is erect.
It's the same for both men and women. So chill.
