I'm curious wether here are people who practice anal sex without condom. I read that this is totally dangerous and it also makes sense. Do you not get infections in the urethra all the time because of anal bacteria? I cannot imagine, no matter how much you try to clean up in there, that this environment is suitable for your penor to get in contact with.

Does this mean that normal,intelligent people don't do this without condom? Then what about those who do it without like porn actors? Do they get infections all the time? Personally I cannot imagine that even if you wash your wang afterwards you can really remove all anal bacteria.

I've done that many times. No harm done.
The harm is rather caused to the penis cause you get anal bacteria in the urethra. Unless you want to risk an urethra infection you shouldn't do it and if your bf goes ass to vagina you're in trouble, too.

it's really no different than any unprotected sex. It's about having a partner you trust.
Taking a piss after pretty much mitigates the chances of bacterial infections (which are not high to start with)
going from ass to vagina is a very bad idea for her
I can't imagine what someone would have to stuff up his or her ass to cause both sets of sphincter muscles to become so weak as to result in incontinence. They are muscles, exercise makes them stronger.

But even if you take a piss then you still have all the anal bacteria all over your wang and especially the glans will be very hard to clean because of it's surface. I also could imagine that bacteria can actually migrate through the skin and enter the skin. Personally I wouldn't want to get any anal juice on my wang. No way!

I don't know if soap and water can really get you rid of all anal bacteria. And if bacteria can really enter into the mucous membrane of the glans then you can wash with soap and water as long as you want you won't get rid of them anymore.
Your wang isn't like a bowl of glas which you just wash and then it's totally clean again. The surface of a material plays a role, too.
