Before I tell my story please bear with me that I am a safe user and this was a rare occasion. Please do not criticize me and tell me that what I did was dumb because I already know that.
Today me and my girlfriend were fooling around and we started to have sex. I eventually came a little bit outside of her and it drizzled on my penis. I wiped my penis with a towel and my penis was dry. Then we had sex again and I came again on her stomach. What should I do?

Welcome to A2A, tommy kid!
Chances of pregnancy are low, but not zero. There are two possible sources of viable sperm. One is that some may still have survived on the outside of your penis. Sperm can't live long in a dry environment, but presumably the time before you inserted again wasn't very long.
A larger source of sperm, though, is from pre-cum pushing out sperm that was still inside your urethra. There could be a significant amount there.
If it was very near your girlfriend's period, so her fertility is low, I would probably myself do nothing; but if it was in a fertile time, I would suggest you should use a 'morning-after' pill (which can be used within 48 hours or so).
Obviously you should make sure that in future you have condoms handy.

I agree with Ineligible. However, you said that you "eventually came a little bit." If this little bit was not semen but rather pre-cum, and if you had urinated since your previous ejaculation, then there very well may not have been any sperm in the "little bit", and the first sperm would have been in what you deposited on her stomach. A good rule of thumb, however, is when the clothes come off, the condom goes on.

Hey guys thanks for the help. Her period should come within next week so that means she isn't that fertile? And when I did come out, I did come but it wasn't enough were it "shoots" out (this sounds pretty funny) but it was enough where it just oozed out and I wiped it off with a towel and we had sex again.
P.S I am a condom user but I feel like I am the biggest idiot in the world. The worriest idiot to.

If she has her period, she isn't pregnant, which means either that she wasn't in her fertile days of cycle when you had sex, or no sperm found the egg. Your fertility is not determined by how much semen is ejaculated or by the force of the ejaculation. All is takes is for one--just one--of your sperm to be a strong swimmer and find her egg and she's pregnant. You're not an idiot of any sort. Just remember to always let the head on your shoulders be in charge. Pants off--condom on. Every time.

A week away from her period is still rather iffy, I think. I think the morning-after pill is called for, if it's not too late.

Damn it, I couldn't get the pill today. ugh Would it be ok if I got it tomorrow? Or should I not bother if the chances are very slim?

Well, you'll know soon enough. If she doesn't get her period next week, it will be time for a pregnancy test.

I don't know - can you ask at the place where they sell it? It should say in their literature, and probably on the bix.
