Ok well in febuary I got results back from a cancer test and it was negative for testicular cancer. And now the water sac is what they called it is bigger but I have a feeling that they only saw the water sac on the sonagram cause they said I had one on both testes and on top of that I am having shooting and dull pain in the area above the penis what should I do. And if it is cancer what will happen if I don't get cemo?
