Unretractable insertion issues

hello everyone. I am uncircumcised and unable to retract at all. I have already started the stretching exercises on this site to work towards remedying that situation. My problem is that when i try to insert my self into a female the foreskin pulls back really hard and part of the head tries to go through my straw sized opening of a foreskin. This is very painful and causes my penis to go into protect mode and play dead. Is there anytihng i can do to help get in easier? I have not tried lubricants, will they help me enough?

Welcome to A2A, Enigmous. This does seem a problem. I'd suggest experimenting with lubricant - not everyone may have the same result because there are many variables, so I think you can only find out by trying it yourself.

What is your age?
You didn't mention whether you are using a condom. That can help alleviate the problem along with lubricants.

If it is truly a straw sized opening, then you are going to have to be very dedicated in working on the stretching. No half-assed efforts are going to work.
