I just got my period 2 weeks ago. Last night it started again. I woke up this morning and was soaked in blood. My PJ pants and T-shirt were soaked. And where I was laying in bed is soaked 2. I ran to the bathroom and took everything off and blood was dripping out of me. I had bleeding like this before after I had my second child. But that was due to my uterus not closing due to some of the plancents still being inside.

Anyway back on topic. I did a web search and couldn't find anything that was helpful. Should I be worried? Shoul I got to the hospital?

Even now its still heavy. I am on my 6th pad so far. And they are the long overnight ones and I am soaking them in the matter of 15 - 30 minutes.

Any advise would be great

Honey, that doesn't sound normal, I would go for a checkup. Are your periods normally irregular? sometimes I have really heavy periods, similar to that, but I dont have them every two weeks.

I'd get it checked.

I don't know anything that can help you other than to tell you to call a medical person this doesn't sound good.

Call the doctors/ clinic/ hospital ask to talk to, at least, a nurse. Tell them what is going on and ask if you should come in.

Don't screw around go call, now.

Well don't delay, go.

There's no need to be scared if you go there and get things taken care of. Best of luck and let us know how things turn out.

I got home this morning. They gave me some stuff through an IV to stop the bleeding. They also ran a bunch of tests. I should know within a week if its something serious.
