Ok so on Friday night I met this girl through a friend and one thing led to another and we went upstairs and had sex for like the next 6 hours. I did not have a condom so I was stupid and decided to take my chances knowing it was a bad idea.
On Sunday I woke up with a sore throat and my neck and back hurt bad. The glands in my neck were swollen too. On Monday I saw 6 small, red bumps in the shape of an "L" at the top of where my pubic hair begins.
I find the bumps kinda strange because my penis is 100% clean and my pubic region which I dont even think touched her that much has these bumps. They dont look like herpes, genital warts, or any gross std, kinda more like small pimples or mosquito bites. I put rubbing alcohol on them and they kinda seem to dry up.
As for everything else though, how long does it take for an STD to show up? What could it be or is it just a coincidence?
This girl doesnt seem dirty or much of a slut...
please dont just tell me to "get tested," which seems to be how all these threads go. i know noone here is a doctor but you all could give me a little bit of information here.

We're not doctors, so it doesn't matter what advice we give except to go get tested.

You certainly got some sort of infection, though not necessarily from the girl.
If the symptoms have subsided, I think it's probably a bit early to get tested. I'd wait and see for two weeks.

Yeah I realize no one here is a doctor but what is the point of this forum if you just tell people to see a doctor. It doesn't help at all, it just makes them more nervous and unsure.
I was just hoping that from my description someone could give me a little bit of insight.
These red bumps seem like hair follicles possibly, would they just form an "L" pattern if that was the case? What about my sore throat, swollen tonsils, swollen neck, could that be Mono? It's only been 3 days though.

If it's mono you wouldn't have gotten it from her. Mono takes a month to a month and half for symptoms to develop. As far as that goes no other STD, that I'm aware of, would show symptoms that fast either.

Yeah my throat got better I think it was just Sinusitis.
I do have a tiny little bump or blister on below the head of my penis. Yesterday when I was driving I felt a sharp itch or tingle there and later on I noticed it. It's barely noticeable and I have to search for it to find it. It doesn't look like its spreading though. It has been exactly a week since this last encounter and I think that's the time it takes for most STDs.
I looked at pictures of herpes all night and it doesn't look like it though. Could it just be a harmless skin thing?

You'll really need to get a test. The tingle followed by a blister does sound like possible herpes.

kinda nothing there now, it doesnt look like herpes at all which i assume would look like a cold sore on your dick
