Not really, I've always been the one being envied =D, I just envy every one of my guy friends because they have hot gfs and I ain't got shit XD.
I just have 0 tolerance for drugs, alcohol smoking etc, makes it hard to get a girl here.

Meh,
If a girl values a cock more than a guy's personality/ character- she's not a girl to value.
People shouldn't value those things so much; so envy isn't necessary just because a guy is bigger. You can envy someone's personality though!
Just my thoughts.
(This is regardless of sexual orientation).

technically, the term "penis envy" refers to the Freudian concept about girls envying what boys have. He thought of it as part of their natural sexual development.

It can mean both, Freud and some guy he developed it with disagreed on that point. It says something of the likes on wikipedia.

I understand the feeling. However, it would be a boring world if everyone were the same. We differ in so many respects. And the humility of not being top dog can be valuable - look at the stress suffered by those who always want to be in front of the crowd.
Don't forget also that women tend to overestimate by about 2 inches.

The most important thing that counts is what you are happy with. If you are happy with your own size( which you do not seem to be) then do not worry about what your friend has. However if you are not happy, then it is time to look at some penis enlargement methods that could soon have you bigger than your friend.
