Missed period, because once the egg is fertilized, it needs somewhere to live...I'm sure you know this...and it wouldn't do anything any good to flush out it's house...
Other than that, symptoms can range between women, I think. Some get vomiting and fits of rage, lol, and others don't at all, for a while.
