I have a problem. For the past week or so I feel the need to urinate every hour or so. I'll urinate as normal upon waking and then have to go 30 min. later even though I didn't drink anything. It's small amounts of urine and when I pee it kinda aches in my thighs and testicles. It also kind of aches all the time there too and I've been taking Advil or Ibuprofen several times a day for it. What is going on?
I did look up "Urinary Tract Infection" and I do not have a fever or blood/pus in my urine so I'm not sure what it is.

Most of the time a urinary tract infection doesn't have noticeable fever or noticeable blood or pus in the urine. It's very likely you have a UTI. Prescription antibiotics will clear it up easily, so get to a doctor.

I thought so too but I had been taking 875 mg of Amoxicillin for the past 10 days, 2x a day for an unrelated sinus infection, shouldn't that have cleared it up then?
Will I die if I don't do anything because getting a trip to the doctor from my parents is a frustating difficult task as they always tell me I'm just imagining symptoms and don't need medical treatment.

You probably won't die, but you chould suffer some further damage to your systems (both urinary and reproductive). Antibiotics are not general. That is, one antibiotic does not work on all infections. If you're still having problems, suck it up and see a doctor.

What did people used to do before antibiotics were around? Can it clear up on its own?
I don't have insurance till Aug 27 or something and my parents won't pay $300 or whatever it costs.

They used hexamine, but don't try that at home, and especially not with the hexamine fuel tablets, which are not pure hexamine. Home remedies include cranberry juice and sodium bicarbonate with lots of water. Cranberry juice does have an effect, though it is probably more useful for prevention than treatment.

could it be chlamydia? i think i have epididymitis because it hurts in that area of my left testicle. I havent had any discharge though
i had unprotected sex a little over 3 weeks ago.
