Both of my grandmothers had breast cancer and survived it. but i am 18 and extremely worried. my mom tells me i am paranoid. my breasts are lumpy but they've been checked out and said they were ok. I just worry everyday. what does a cancerous lump actually feel like. and what kinds of foods or anything can i do to help prevent it. espically foods for breast cancer. i worry about it everyday of my life

Sometimes the biggest enemy is the fear - it can do more damage to your life than the thing itself. All sorts of accidents can happen any day that might cut your life short, but the only way to live is to live.
Any reasonably healthy diet should give you the best chances.

Stop worrying, those lumps you feel are your milk glands. A breast cancer lump would be really tiny and feel like a granule inside your boob.
Plus you are far too young, it is highly statistically improbably that you would get it before age 40. Try to stay positive, there are studies that show that happy people are healthier.
*PS. I'm not a doctor, but those were the words of my aunt who had breast cancer, and survived.
