hi am 21 F,
i hav very low breast size ,it's really embrassing me to marry with this structure,
* is there anychances to increase my breast size,
* is there any relation between AGE & BREAST SIZE,
(like height of a person ) am i hav ny chances to increase my breast size at this age right now ...??
* is there any problems in future during breast feeding to my child
please kindly answer me.....me waiting..

Breast size increases during pregnancy as the milk-producing parts enlarge, so even women with small breasts can breast-feed - large breasts are in fact mainly fat. (Putting on weight also increases breast size.)
Breasts increase in size during puberty but most women will have finished that process by 21.

It should be understood that there are actually no type of specific foods that will make your breasts bigger. Exercising does not help much either because the breasts don’t have muscles. You can certainly tone the chest muscles but this wouldn’t make much of a difference in the size of the breast.
The main thing which affects the size of your breast is your genes. The growth of the breast is controlled by two hormones, estrogen and progesterone during puberty. Sometimes, a hormonal imbalance can affect its growth. It is believed that if you gain some weight, your breast is likely to grow bigger. It will, however, grow bigger during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Breast enhancement pills and herbal remedies do work for a few people, but not for everyone.
