It's degrading and extremely disgusting at times. It almost seems like an industry catered entirely to men because they don't put nearly as much effort into the men as they do into the women. The women really are just sex things to pleasurable unto the eye. Plain and simple that's about it. Instead of appreciating an actual woman with a REALISTIC BODY they have that garbage.. I mean... entertainment...

The females are usually drawn with oversized breasts (sometimes REALLY exaggerated) with fit stomachs and a tiny waist. Sometimes, they'll have a large and perfectly round ass as well. And not to mention have smooth and unmarked skin. In other words, they are drawn with unrealistically perfect bodies without any flaws, so they are pleasing to the eye.
Another weird female trait portrayed I've seen in hentai is that when a female orgasms (let's say in a masturbation scene), she'll ejaculate (like literally shoot out) a white fluid, looking very similar to semen. And it'll ejaculate from the vagina, not urethra. Of course, this isn't really true in real life.
In the world of animation, you can do anything you fucking want.

well thanks for letting me know how you feel about it. That's just my personal opinion. Having used to watch anime and then getting a huge wake up call to what it really is. I just had to stop watching. It disturbed me too much. You can't take much of what I say to heart. I don't like anime as much as I don't like television in general because of the constant degradation of the female. It's just me though. Anime has gone a bit overboard in my eyes and I just needed to rid myself of it. Same with my bro which I'm glad he's stopped and is mainly watching Avatar.

Sure alot of fan service anime gets sent over here to the states but in the huge world of animes there is so much more to it than large breasts and degrading women. Some of the best shows I've ever watched are animes.
