Okay this is pretty embarrassing even for me to reveal anonymously over the internet but I'm absolutely terrified about last night. I've been in Phuket, Thailand for the past few days and last night I hooked up with some chick. Or so I thought. I had no idea she was a whore, let alone a dude, so when she took me up to her room and asked for the money I was so horny, drunk, and stupid that I willingly gave it to her. We were dry humping for awhile and then I found out. It didn't really matter since I was so god damned horny and if I remember correctly, she was hotter than most of the girls I've been with. The 15 minutes I lasted was probably the hottest experience I've had in my life.
However, the last 24 hours have been filled with extreme anxiety and terror. Although I was pretty drunk I have no trouble remembering last night. She gave me head for awhile without a condom and then we made out for a few seconds. I remember brushing my teeth earlier that day with a little bit of stinging so I may have had a small cut in my mouth. I don't know if she had a cut or any sores in her mouth so I guess I'll just have to pray she didn't. Can HIV be contracted by saliva? If so I think I'm fucked. After head (I didnt not go down on her) we jacked each other off for a minute and then got busy. My dick may have rubbed against her asscheeks for a split second before I got the condom on but I'm not too worried about that. She was very clean, I'm sure. What I am worried about is when I finished and pulled out, the condom came off as I slid out of her ass. It came about halfway off my dick so I don't think the tip had direct contract with her ass, but the lower half of my penis probably did. The good news is the condom had all my nutt in it so it didn't break or anything. It was kind of funny because after I nutted, I came to my senses and got the fuck out of there. I couldn't help spitting and shaking in disgust on my walk back to the hotel. I scrubbed myself for like an hour and stayed awake the whole night.
Now I know you cant give me direct answers but do you think there is a high chance I contracted HIV? I know it doesn't help my case but I feel perfectly fine and all my appendages are well. The same cannot be said about my head; its only been 24 hours and I'm paranoid, cannot sleep, and will probably remain this way for the rest of my vacation. Not to mention what the fuck this means about my sexual orientation: I've never felt lust this strong with a female but I have always been emotionally and physically attracted to them. I've never felt any sort of attraction toward males. However, when I think about a chick with a dick it sends a rush of blood to the head. She (he) was everything a female was except with something extra. Whatever.
The first thing I'm going to do when I get home is get tested. I don't think I could live with myself if I got HIV; my dreams would be crushed and my family's expectations would turn into resentment. This early on my life is coming together: I've been accepted into a great university, have a potential girlfriend waiting back home, and I'm finally living up to my parents expectations. This one slip could be truly devastating.
I guess I'm just venting and looking for some advice/reassurance.

Welcome to A2A, anxietyattack. While what you did was indeed probably not the smartest, you are more than likely OK, this time. As you have suggested, the best course of action is to get tested when you return home. In the meantime, it would be wise to abstain from sexual activty. Relax and get some rest. What is done is done. There is no sense destroying your heath by worrying.

Welcome to to A2A. I agree with readytogo - it's unlikely you would have contracted HIV from what you describe. HIV is extremely difficult to transmit orally (saliva tends to deactivate the virus), and you had a condom on for the anal.
A fetish for transsexuals is not uncommon, but your mind may just be reacting to this particular experience. Thailand is famous for transvestites, and for its sex trade in tourist areas like Phuket, but it would not be wise to repeat the experience. It might be a good idea to watch out how much you drink. Everyone makes commission off each other, so the bars and the prostitutes are working together to relieve you of as much money as possible.

I totally agree with what readytogo said. Real words of wisdom :P. The chances are that you got HIV from saliver is very low. I remember seeing a chart on wikipedia when i was doing research for a HIV piece for a biology report in college. Fardoo's wikipedia can be unreliable at times but the info is believable.

I went to Phuket myself a few years back on holiday and to what happened to you, it could have been a lot worse, i remember 12 and 13 yr old girls on a corner of a main road lifting up their tops at passing cars to sell themselves for sex. Your advice and numbers are slightly comforting. I've kind of calmed down now. Thank you. As far as the child prostitution goes, well its very sad and sick.

I have been traveling in and out of Asian and South East Asian countries since 2001; most of the male prostitutes in Thailand are clean (e.g. and I have never been with any) because their body is what pays the rent. Enjoy the rest of your vacation, and relax - what happened - happened! Next time you go out, don't drink so much and enjoy the friendship and night life. I do believe that you are safe - but when you get home, go to your health clinic and get tested. You can also purchase a test kit at any CVS pharmacy and get the results by telephone. Chock it off as part of your life experience - but don't make the same mistake again.

Dude, I wouldn't worry about it. It didn't sound like you took too many risks. You were wearing a condom and you didn't mention anything what happened when he came, if he did at all...
Just don't drink so much next time. it's all part of experiencing life. I have seen some of those she males and I swear you couldn't tell they were a male even up close. Some look like extremely beautiful women
relax! finish your vacation, and if you're still worried when you get home, just schedule a check up and blood work check for HIV.
