Hey,
I'm 19 years old now and I've had this problem for as long as I can remember. My glans is VERY sensitive. I can touch it, but as I pull my finger away it'll hurt like hell. Rubbing it causes huge amounts of pain too. It's totally dry all the time and very, very sensitive like I said.
Next is my foreskin. It seems to stick to my penis, and I can actually feel it 'peeling' off if I pull it. Along with that, it doesn't retract all the way without some difficulty. My glans seems to be very large though, and the foreskin only just doesn't come all the way down.
Does anyone have any advice? The foreskin issue is annoying but I can live with it, the extreme sensitivity of the glans is my main concern!

I have never come across that problem nor have heard of it being that sensitive that it's painful. I know that exposure desensitizes but in your case I would perhaps ask a urologist or general practitioner. I'm sure there is some kind of cream or something they can prescribe that you can use.
