I have thoughts of masterbating all the time. I have to do it several times a day. I know it was normal when I was 14 or 15, but now that I am in my 30's? Is this still normal?

It's more like it takes over my thoughts. Something triggers a sexual thought and then it's like a boulder rolling down a hill until I actually jack off. Just like it was in my teens. It went away as normal I guess for many years but now the urges are back and stronger than ever.
