So, I was stung around 100 times by yellow jackets, all on my left side, numbed my arm, hurt my chest, all down my side and back.
BUT! my friend was stuck by 12 regular sized wasps like a week ago. they think they had it worse.
WHat do U think.

I've been stung by yellow jackets before and not even noticed i was still I noticed the swelling.
When a wasp hits you you damn well know it.
Still, as already said. I wouldn't take either.. 100 stings? Damn I think they're about equal.

What do I think......
I think if that happened to me, I'd be dead. I am deathly allergic to any kind of bee sting. I have to carry an ana kit or an epi-pen where ever I go.
If I get stung by just one bee, I have about 30 minutes to get to a hospital or I stop breathing.
I'm horrified just thinking about you getting all of those stings. What happened, how did you get stung that many times? did you disturb their nest. was it underground?

I had nearly broken my leg earlier so I weren't able to move very fast and I stopped near or on it's nest and it was ages before I got away.

You sure about that Roc?
I mean I am in the same boat, but my pen expired a few years back and i did not bother to buy a new one.
a bee sting will kill me in 20 minutes to a half hour, the throat starts to swell and breathing gets harder and harder, I agree with all that, but...
You sure its any type of bee?
Iv been stung by yellow jackets and several types of wasps, once while mowing the lawn I bumped a RR tie that was laid for a border and had to run away, lawn mower running, wasps going in the fucking blade and pissed off and thrown out the discharge chute. I got stung 6 times before I could start running, and had over 30 by the time I got out of the cloud.
I had no reaction.
I mean yeah swelling and pain, but not the throat swelling shut, not the sick and dizzy like i get with a bee sting.
I am deadly allergic to bee stings, but wasps do nto have that same effect on me.
