when I have sex a few times in a row, I last longer each time which isn't a surprise... but I was wondering. last night the third time I was so numbed that I couldn't keep myself erect without holding my foreskin back and penetrating from a distance (sort of like, head contact only).. it kept getting annoying and I was thinking about putting a condom on and seeing if thatd keep it back all the way but she ended it with oral which took a long time as well..

most of the pleasure I feel is on the underside of the shaft where that little piece of skin is. sometimes I feel like that skin is too tight and needs to be loosened to allow better movement of the foreskin.

Perhaps you were just a bit more tired than usual? If you are tired the third time is bound to be difficult. (Most of us can't make it at all.)

Occasionally the frenulum is a bit short. Lengthening involved partially cutting it (under local anaesthetic), but is probably only called for if it pulls that side of the head down when you are erect.

I think the little guy was telling you HE HAD ENOUGH for one night, and that he was SORE.

Give him a day's rest and I bet things will be a lot better.
